Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the DropLove platform.

By accessing or using DropLove, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

DropLove provides a service that allows fans to financially support DJs through real-time tipping and community engagement.

Eligibility

To use DropLove you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

User Accounts

Users may create accounts as either fans or DJs.

  • Fans can discover DJs and send tips
  • DJs can receive tips and manage their public profiles
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials

Payments and Tips

DropLove enables fans to voluntarily tip DJs.

  • All tips are voluntary payments
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal
  • Payment processing fees may apply
  • DJs are responsible for any taxes related to earnings

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the platform.

  • Do not use DropLove for illegal activity
  • Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Do not impersonate other artists or fans
  • Do not attempt to interfere with the platform's security

Intellectual Property

All DropLove branding, software, and design elements are owned by DropLove.

  • Users retain ownership of their profile content
  • Users grant DropLove permission to display that content within the platform

Account Termination

DropLove may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  • Fraud or payment abuse
  • Harassment or harmful behavior
  • Violation of platform policies

Limitation of Liability

DropLove is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service or financial outcomes.

  • We are not liable for indirect damages related to platform use
  • We cannot guarantee platform availability at all times

Policy Updates

These Terms may be updated as the platform evolves.

  • Updates will be posted on this page
  • Continued use of DropLove indicates acceptance of the revised Terms
